As an Track and Trace Executive you will be in charge to provide an interrupted track and trace service to customer, following up with a continue information flow of the in-transit shipmetns.

- Initiative, proactivity, and criteria for making decisions that go towards solving day-to-day problems
- Encourage teamwork, within the department and with the rest of the company's areas (Sales, Pricing, Accounting, Business Development, Business Implementation, etc.)
- Manage and analyse performance statistics (KPIs) to suggest and make improvements to detected areas of opportunity

**Job Description**:
Develops and implements production control functions including: master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting. Approves quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as receipt and issuance of production material requirements. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Activities:

- Manages the flow of Materials to meet the Demands of the Client. Manages the Processes and Resources (Internal and External) required to Produce and Deliver the Finished Products.
- Coordinates the Processes and Resources required to Produce and Deliver the finished goods.
- Assures the Supply of Raw Material and Programs Short and Long Term needs to maintain an optimum Inventory to meet the Production Program.
- Optimizes the Supply Chain through Supplier Evaluations. Maintains relationships with Clients, Suppliers, Contractors, Customs Agents, and Transportation Companies ensuring their Compliance to the Organizations Policies, Guidelines and Requirements.
- Responsible for the following areas: Purchasing, Production and Inventory Control, Warehousing (Raw Material and Finished Goods) and Shipping Operations including the required Official Customs Procedures on both sides and for SECOFI.
- Responsible for Product Billing involved in Shipping and Export procedures.
- Heads Cost Reduction Initiatives in the Company's Materials.
- Assures the Implementation of every applicable Control to maintain the Integrity of the Inventory Control System. Shares Responsibility with Accounting to validate the Company's Information System regarding Accounts Payable, Inventories, Cost Accounting, etc.
- Optimizes the Performance Indicators of the Materials Area such as Inventory Turnover, Customer Service, On Time Deliveries, etc.
- Formulates, Negotiates and Manages the Organization's Objectives and Budgets, as well as the Strategies and action Plans to Achieve those Objectives.
- Validates and Authorizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Production and Materials Control Function.
- Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating and Developing his/her Staff as well as acting as a Facilitator. Responsible for Managing Subordinate's Performance.
- Also Responsible for promoting and maintaining Interdepartmental harmony.
- Do activities to meet the safety, Hygiene and Environmental goals.

**Requirements**:

- 5 year experience as Team Lead or People Leader
- 5 year experience on Planning / Supply Chain

PURPOSE
The Logistics Tracking Coordinator will work in direct partnership with the Operations and Booking teams to maintain open lines of communication with our customers and carriers ensuring the timely completion of first-class service for all shipments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively contact carriers and customers to ensure pickup and delivery appointments are set and trucks are in route when expected
- Complete data entry after obtaining track and trace updates on shipments
- Coordinate and assist with the collection of appropriate documents from carriers
- Maintain constant and clear communicate with carriers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of all shipments
- Maximize the productivity and workflow of the department by emphasizing load board priorities, efficiencies, and board coverage
- Provide support and resolution to customer problems following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate to proper business function as needed to help maintain high quality customer satisfaction.
- Serve as back-up coverage to support additional needs of other department team members to ensure complete client satisfaction

Warehouse Associate I - MX

The team member in this position is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the trailer loading/unloading to include the pallet handling process. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. This includes checking outbound trailers prior to loading, monitoring all LGV activity in the warehouse, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for cross country shipments and customer requirements, while maintaining a clean, and safe work environment.
**Essential Functions**
- Receives all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, corrugated materials, film, labels, UPS deliveries, Federal Express deliveries, water transfer as needed
- Rebuilds damaged pallets prior to restock
- Processes RMA’s
- Consolidates finished goods storage for maximum storage capabilities
- Identifies, reports and observes quality issues with finished goods and RMS
- Validates new SKU’s in WMS to ensure proper LGV storage and handling
- Corrects LGV alarms
- Monitors Loads
- Unloads finished goods and raw material deliveries utilizing a forklift
- Maintains pallet storage area; offloads pallets from trailers and stage for LGV’s to pick up
- Corrects product spills
- Manually pulls pallets from production as needed
- Supplies production with non-inventory items (glue, bags, labels etc.)
- Air Bag Loads
- Clears up blocked locations in WMS
- Will be required to operate a forklift when needed
- Facilitates the flow of information between logistics, production and sales to ensure timely and accurate service to customer base
- Tests and monitors resin and spring water
- Coordinates preload activities including inspecting trailers to ensure all loads are completed on time
- Provides correct loading document/bills of lading and truck seals upon leaving the facility as needed
- Maintains appropriate records and reports required for daily shipping and inventory control
- Involvement in continued process improvement and cost reduction
- Maintains a clean, orderly and safe warehouse
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
- Answers/makes phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Communicates with inside and outside contacts to ensure loading of trucks on time and troubleshoot any issues
- Coordinates with transportation and production/scheduling to ensure all shipments are flowing in and out of warehouse as scheduled
- Performs any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked to be done by team member’s manager or supervisor

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en comercio exterior, administracion de empresas, mercadotecnia, logística o afin.
- Ingles Avanzado.
- +4 años en el puesto deseable
- Conocimiento básico de sistemas de gestión de calidad como IATF 16949 y/o ISO 9001.
- Conocimiento del proceso de embarque y facturación.
- Desarrollo, implementación y seguimiento de indicadores KPI.
- Manejo de SAP.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Revision y envio materiales para surtimiento de ordenes de venta.
- Coordinación de embarques

- Coordinación con área de distribución nacional para el envío de materiales.
- Mejora continua de las actividades y procesos del departamento.
- Emitir reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales, para la medición de indicadores y seguimiento de los mismos.
- Realizar las actividades asociadas con los aspectos ambientales significativos y en general las actividades en materia ambiental siguiendo los procedimientos, instrucciones o recomendaciones ambientales definidos en la empresa.
