The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

+ Provide direct sales assistance to Athletes to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager
+ Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience

+ When assisting athletes communicate brand messages according to UA Service Model
+ Incorporate product knowledge into selling process by participating in training

+ Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets

+ Complete the operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with training
+ Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies
+ Fulfill the working hours as scheduled to Under Armour's attendance policy

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**

+ Able to move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products

**Your Team Responsibilities**: The MSCI Sales Operations Team offers critical strategic and day-to-day support to the Sales Coverage and is actively involved in all aspects of the business across all functions and regions. The team is responsible for preparation and approval of wide range of legal documents working closely with Legal Department, provides a point of control to ensure correct booking of sales revenues, liaising with Finance Teams, and ensures timely delivery of data to MSCI's clients. In this role, our new team member will work closely with Sales and Sales Support Teams covering clients in Americas region. **Responsibilities:**
+ Obtain orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
+ Increase orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer's buying history.
+ With guidance, owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
+ Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
+ Review open customer order reports and act on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer's promised delivery date.
+ Maintain distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
+ Report industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Preferred knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however still a productive professional contributor (0-2 years).
+ Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills
