Misión

Co-Definir la estrategia de desarrollo empresarial del país y supervisar su implementación para lograr un crecimiento rentable y sostenible para Decathlon en México.

Responsabilidades:

Definir la estrategia de desarrollo de la marca.

Definir la visión del país, el nivel de ambición objetivo y los resultados financieros esperados a través de diferentes proyectos de desarrollo como parte del ecosistema omnicanal nacional empujando la parte física con aperturas de tiendas de Decathlon con una toma de decisión basado geomarketing.

Implementación

Desarrolla (nuevos) modelos de negocio y una combinación de canales de distribución, incluida la definición de la estrategia de ataque de mercado y/o de desarrollo del mercado («cómo llegar a los clientes a través de nuestros productos y servicios») y una hoja de ruta que incluye el establecimiento de prioridades.

Identifica oportunidades de desarrollo físico siguiendo la visión, las prioriza y asegura su ejecución.

Representa a Decathlon en temas relacionados con el deporte, colaborando con organizaciones externas (gubernamentales) y creando una red nacional.

Colabora con actores globales y locales del desarrollo sostenible para implementar iniciativas inmobiliarias ecológicas.

About The Job
We are seeking a highly driven Expansion Manager to expand Tether’s growth and presence in México through adoption of its solutions, products and services. The Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships , and navigating regulatory landscapes . This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies in México and across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional who believes in financial inclusion, digital currencies, and driving innovation in the Latin America financial ecosystem . Occasional international travel is required.

Responsibilities

Lead sales activities across an assigned portfolio of accounts.

Expand the B2B client base by securing new business with organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises.

Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities across diverse product categories.

Consistently achieve monthly individual sales targets.

Generate and contribute creative ideas for sales campaigns and initiatives within the growing team.

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Director, VP, and C-level executives, ensuring ongoing engagement.

Strengthen existing B2B partnerships while implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies.


Qualifications

2–5 years of proven direct sales experience, ideally in market intelligence, SaaS, or other online solutions.

Demonstrated success in outbound B2B sales and new business acquisition.

Competitive, results-driven mindset with strong determination to succeed.

Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in negotiating with influencers and decision-makers.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of sales activities.

Enthusiasm for contributing to a rapidly scaling international company.
