**Responsibilities**:
Our
**Supply Chain Analyst** is responsible for:

- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and track progress towards goals
- Communicate supply chain performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders
- Work in collaboration with strategic suppliers to communicate, implement and monitor procurement strategies and programs to achieve on time delivery, inventory optimization and high-quality performance
- Direct a small portfolio of strategic suppliers that involves processing purchase orders and overseeing escalations
- Create and implement supply chain optimization strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement specialists to provide recommendations to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory
- Liaise with cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects

Qualifications:
**Must-Have**:

- +5 years’ related experience in procurement, planning, sourcing of electronics manufacturing, or contract manufacturing
- Experience and use of ERP/MRP, Kanban, Safety stock, snd visual manufacturing systems
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and negotiating skills in dealing with supporting functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, Suppliers and Operations)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads operations planning, material planning, inventory management, production scheduling, customer service, warehousing, material handling, and resource management in the local plant.
- Drives planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery, lead time, and resource utilization.
- Coordinates and collaborates with hub and BU Planning and Fulfillment resources to align plant supply with global demand and supplier capability.
- Accountable for customer on time delivery, lead time, raw and WIP inventory, and production capacities.
- Provides leadership to accomplish these goals through communication, decision making, educated risk management, and holding the team accountable for the stated objectives.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's Degree Completed.
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in manufacturing required.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
- Independence to resolve complex problems.
- Ability to present reports, projects, and results also in a critical situation.
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Working tools and Tools Microsoft 365 is needed.
- Lean Flex Flow certification and BUS experience is a plus.

- Coordinate quarterly/monthly PPV hard call process.

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate English.
- ERP Knowledge (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- Previous experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management or other related area.
- Must have an understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies.
- Background in electronics manufacturing and a thorough understanding of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) product development process.
