We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Planner to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you will be responsible for daily support of contracted clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention through freight operations support.
The primary goal is to deliver high-quality visibility through timely customer reports, provide prompt responses and resolution to customers, and offer exceptional freight operations support.
