• Support the optimization of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for Corporate roles, including coordination with external talent providers and recruitment platforms to ensure timely, high-quality hires aligned with our Talent Acquisition Policy.
• Oversee immigration procedures for international Corporate hires, in coordination with external providers.
• Address general HR requests from Corporate employees, including vacation requests, certificates, payroll inquiries, and more — providing solutions directly or referring to the appropriate area, always ensuring timely, high-quality responses.
• Maintain and safeguard employee records, both active and inactive (offboarding).
• Coordinate disciplinary processes such as PIPs, warning letters, resignations, and terminations.
• Foster an organizational culture grounded in collaboration, innovation, and service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment & Selection.
• Strong command of recruitment sources, digital strategies, and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments.
• Internal client focus, with strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable labor and social security laws (LFT, IMSS, immigration, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Organize and coordinate the new employee onboarding process.
- Collect and process new hire documentation; create and maintain employee files.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire welcome kits.
- Support the offboarding process, including documentation, exit sessions, and communication.
People Administration
- Provide general HR administrative support.
- Assist with payroll administration and vendor enrollment for benefits (e.g., Sí Vale, Lockton).
- Ensure accurate employee data management and compliance with labor regulations.
People Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner within the People country lead and People Team, providing HR and labor-related advice.
- Support initiatives across performance management, Total Rewards, engagement, and talent development.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Experience, Facilities, and Legal to align people initiatives with business needs.
Policy & Compliance
- Participate in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor trends and metrics to recommend improvements and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor laws, HR policies, and market practices.
Employee Relations
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
- Ensure timely and clear communication with employees, providing high-quality service throughout the employee lifecycle.

- Support workplace operations by coordinating with facilities teams to ensure safe, clean, and functional office environments that enhance employee experience.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to workplace conditions, resources, and services, escalating issues when needed.

**What will I be doing?**
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you are responsible for all Human Resources Team Member related activities. These activities include recruitment, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and other team-based activities. Specifically, a Human Resources Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Initiate recruitment activities using Taleo, the Company's talent management system
- Input data into the hotel payroll system and communicate with payroll to ensure accuracy
- Manage all Human Resource administration and onboarding activities
- Support Human Resources activities, including onboarding, work experience program, careers fairs, training materials, and Team Member opinion surveys
- Serve as the point of contact for Team Member issues, advising the Human Resources Director as appropriate

- Assist in the organization of Team Member social events
