Principales responsabilidades:

Main Purpose:

Responsible for the replenishment and planning of skus within designated categories from supply to the end customer. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the availability of fresh produce at our RDCs to meet customer demand while minimizing waste, optimizing inventory levels and maximizing freshness. + Plans and manages marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings.
+ Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials repository, and helps with various tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining databases.
+ Monitors and analyzes metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
+ Develops and adhere to timelines on projects with third party resources and routes approvals
+ Supports the development and maintenance of internal tools
+ Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
+ Closes activities and ensures invoices are collected and paid via Arrow's payment platform
+ Secures proper approvals to open project numbers
+ Fosters a collaborative environment with internal and external teams

**What We Are Looking For:**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent work experience.
+ +1 years of experience in B2B marketing
+ Strong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
+ Prior experience in supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and inter-departmental coordination
+ Experience with traditional, experiential and digital marketing techniques
+ Good interpersonal skills to ensure smooth coordination between various parties and relationship building skills
+ Well-developed communication, writing and presentation skills

**What You'll Be Doing:**
**Resource & Workflow Management**
**Own the agency-wide resource planning process across account management, events, design, data, campaigns and SDR teams**
**Maintain and optimize the master schedule of all live and upcoming projects.**
**Collaborate with Department Leads, client Leads and Account Managers to forecast resource needs and resolve resourcing conflicts.**
**Lead weekly resourcing meetings and provide visibility on team capacity, utilization and project status.**
**Ensure that the team and resources are effectively utilized and wastage is minimized.**
**Financial & Project Reconciliation**
**Contribute information for reporting on project budgets, actuals, and profitability.**
**Support monthly revenue recognition by reporting on project progress and deliverables completed.**
**Performance Analysis & Reporting**
**Produce monthly reports on project performance, resource utilization, and revenue drawdown.**
**Analyze conversion rates across projects and identify where resource allocation may be inefficient.**
**Provide insights to the sales and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.**
**What We Are Looking For:**
**+3 years in traffic management, resource planning, or operations role within a marketing or events agency.**
**Experience within Marketing**
**Proven ability to utilize project management / resource planning tools to track project progress, deliverables, and financial metrics.**
**Strong understanding of project workflows across content and events.**
**Financial acumen and experience with budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.**
**Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**
**Comfortable chasing stakeholders and holding teams accountable for deadlines and data.**
