You Will Get To:
Partner with marketing strategy teams to recommend campaign configuration based on your knowledge of platform capabilities, audience data and marketing requirements.
Build campaigns in our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms; including creating or updating HTML email templates, audience segments, journey configuration, and being responsible for QA and final send.
Build and supervise channel and audience health reports in partnership with our data and marketing technology teams, regularly reviewing how our campaigns align with benchmarks and sharing insights with our marketing strategy partners.
Gain familiarity with internal data and sources. Use this understanding to define and standardize audiences, and guide experimentation in our CDP / ESP.
Constantly search for and drive opportunities to improve operational efficiency, with a specific eye toward speed-to-market, data accuracy and channel health.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para alinear las estrategias de email con los objetivos generales.
Participar en tareas de segmentación de audiencias mediante IA, personalización automatizada de correos y análisis de rendimiento.
Requisitos:
Estar cursando o haber finalizado recientemente una carrera en Marketing, Comunicación, Negocios o un área relacionada. < r>
Se dará preferencia a candidatos con dominio del idioma chino. br>
Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita. br>
Conocimientos básicos de herramientas de email marketing. br>

Formarás parte del departamento de Ventas y Marketing Digital, donde podrás adquirir experiencia práctica y desarrollar habilidades clave para tu futuro profesional. br>¿Qué harás en este rol? Prospectar y desarrollar clientes: Identificar oportunidades, calificar prospectos y generar leads de calidad.
Presentar soluciones tecnológicas: Explicar beneficios y funcionalidades de manera clara y persuasiva. br> Negociar y cerrar ventas: Aplicar técnicas comerciales orientadas a resultados. br> Comunicarte efectivamente: Realizar llamadas y reuniones virtuales con potenciales clientes.
Mantener seguimiento en Excel: Actualizar el registro de clientes y oportunidades.
Contacto directo con clientes: Fortalecer relaciones comerciales y garantizar una experiencia de calidad.
Manejo de CRM: Registrar, dar seguimiento y optimizar el ciclo de ventas.
Colaboración con el departamento estratégico: Participar en la definición de planes y objetivos comerciales. Diseño y ejecución de campañas: Apoyar en la creación de campañas de marketing con enfoque digital.
