- The Senior Supply Chain Planner will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our global supply chain and contributing to the overall success of our medical industry operations. S/He will lead S&OE meetings and S&OP (Supply Planning) revisions.- **What you will do**
- **Demand and Supply Planning**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals. Create and execute supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- ** S&OE / S&OP**:lead weekly and monthly revisions with vendors and manufacturing sites to ensure alignment on strategies and, consequently, the supply in the short and long term.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure alignment with targeted goals. Implement strategies to minimize excess stock and prevent shortages.
- ** Global Coordination**:Work closely with international teams to synchronize supply chain activities, considering regional requirements and constraints. Facilitate communication and collaboration to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- ** Risk Management**:Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to prevent disruptions in the availability of medical products.

- ** Supplier Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and reliable delivery of materials. Collaborate on supplier development and performance improvement initiatives.
- **Data Analysis**:Utilize data analytics tools to analyze trends, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insights for decision-making. Provide regular reports and dashboards to management.

**What you will need (job requirements)**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7 years' experience in purchasing, supply planning, procurement, demand planning, or operations role. In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning, especially in the medical industry is preferred.
- Fluent in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex supply chain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Global Perspective: Understanding of global supply chain dynamics and the ability to navigate diverse regional requirements and regulations.
- Data savvy - demonstrated expert-level of experience and capability with MS Excel.
- Able to work effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- ERP Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain management tools. Dynamics 365 and/or Infor CSI are preferred.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and a dynamic global environment.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Licenses/certifications (all considered to be a plus for role):

- Professional certificates in data science or analytics.
- Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing; and
- CPSM, CPIM, and/or PMP.

- Knowledge of control and requirements for business within a regulated industry (i.e. FDA CFR) is a plus.

Position Summary: The company is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Inventory Management to become part of our team. Responsibilities: - 40% - FBA Orders (Fulfillment by Amazon)
- Receiving orders from Demand Planning/E-commerce team and processing them through BC ( Business Center ), Google Sheets, and Amazon to get order details and then sending those details over to domestic/international warehouses. Once the warehouse is finished processing these orders, transportation is arranged to Amazon FBA warehouses through 3PL transportation - 10% - FBM Orders - Managing FBM orders both domestically and internationally and ensuring that they are properly sent through to the correct warehouse and a tracking number is sent to Amazon for each order. This often includes troubleshooting with the integration manager and the IT contact at the FBM warehouse when the orders are not flowing through correctly - 10% - Approving Invoices - Approving warehouse storage, processing, and transportation invoices and coding them according to proper G/L codes in Business Central. Warehouse backups are reviewed to ensure that the charges are being properly applied to our account. - 10% Meetings - Meetings with the E-commerce team to ascertain proper inventory is being sent and provide insight into expected arrival dates and to update the team on the status of priority items. - 5% - Setting up E-commerce Channels - Working with the integration manager to provide information about the warehouse and the sales channel to set up the connection between the E-commerce warehouse and the various E-commerce websites and sales channels. - 5% - Reporting - Providing inventory and inbound shipment reports to the team which provides data such as quantity, expiration dates, and expected Amazon arrival dates. - 5% - Warehouse Transfers - Instructing the warehouse on quantities to move to other warehouses as well as arranging transportation - 5% - Warehouse Destructions - Managing inventory destruction at the warehouse and confirmation of disposals

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a relevant field. - 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce Fulfillment, with a background in working with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, as well as other wholesale or marketplace portals. - Strong Knowledge of E-Commerce Inventory Management ( Amazon FBA / FBM Operations, 3PL transportation ) - Must have excellent follow-up and organization skills - High level of proficiency in MS Excel. Monitors and reports on current and projected inventory levels at both the component and assembly level for assigned customer and generate action plans to ensure that site inventory goals are achieved. Tracks and reports on excess and obsolete inventory and drives disposition in compliance with the customer agreement. Performs “What if” analyses to aid in optimal scheduling, priorities and decision making Analyzes potential impact of forecast and production schedule changes on component procurement and production volume. Ensures consistency between customer demand information, monthly sales forecast and production build schedule. Works with Scheduler to establish a production schedule for each order and communicate/resolve issues related to discrepancies between the requested and promised due date. Interfaces with customers, suppliers and internal resources for management of AVL choices and alternates in order to monitor or reduce product cost or inventory levels Manages EOL and other assurance of supply issues and support Engineering changes and New Product Introduction.

Experiência y requisitos
- University degree - 3-5 years in purchasing or planning accounts/commodities
- Understanding of the extended process of material procurement, capacity planning, inventory analysis and advanced planning techniques. - Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (Baan or equivalent) - Effective analytical, planning and organizational skills - APICS certification preferred - Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required. - Effective negotiation and problem solving skills. - Demonstrate confidentiality and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner. - Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when representing the company in supply chain decisions. - Knowledge of billing practices and controls. - General computer knowledge including the use of Microsoft Office programs.
