**Job description**
- Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you support and guide in the recruitment and introduction process.
- You use the PEOPLE strategy framework and work towards attracting and retaining people. You also ensure that remuneration practises in the store are competitive within the local market and retail industry; which enables us to attract and retain the right people in our business
- You also ensure that we follow national legislation and regulations.
- You are responsible in making sure that the salary reviews processes are handled in a structured and professional way and staff cost are in line with targets and budgets.
- You are also responsible to ensure uses of HR data to enable better management of all human resource related processes, payroll accuracy and timely, timekeeping and attendance and staff planning works in a timely and efficient way.
**Qualification**
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, retail preferred
People-oriented; good analytical skills and attention to details
Good working knowledge of the full spectrum of HR functions and well versed in the local labour legislation
Partnering the business; good interpersonal skills and to build good working relationship at all levels.

• Coordinate disciplinary processes such as PIPs, warning letters, resignations, and terminations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment & Selection.
• Strong command of recruitment sources, digital strategies, and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments.
• Internal client focus, with strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable labor and social security laws (LFT, IMSS, immigration, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency.

**Which is the main objective of this role?**
Responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating the Human Resources initiatives, being a Business Strategic Partner for Controlling and Finance areas.
Be a HR business advisor, avoiding HR risks and generating Value to our customers, delivering on time their requirements and expectations, an excellent execution, and looking for new altertanives to get an agile execution.
**What will you be doing?**
- Ensure the Governance Model of HC Control for the Controlling Area.
- Ensure the consistency of information in Human Resources systems though frequent monitoring of the Controlling and Finance Areas.
- Monitoring the Work Flow´s Status off the requierements that are generated by the HR Local Sales Teams.
- Point Person with the Out Sourcing Agencies
- Resolution Support in internal and external labor problems, according with the Mexican Regulation and Company´ Policies.
- Support the HR Controlling team in been excellence Execution of the main processes of Human Resources. (Acquire, New Hires, Personnel Movements and Separation ).
- Consolidate the monthly information about the HR indicators for Controlling and Finance Areas, presenting a standardized dashboard.
- Manage the Share Point information for the Finance and Controlling Areas.
- Serve as a PMO for specific Controlling Requierements and Minor Projects.
**Qualifications**
