PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position will be responsible for process improvement as well as new design and implementation throughout manufacturing. Manufacturing includes CNC machining, EDM, metal forming, as well as coating application and assembly. This position will have a strong leader capable to implement change and drive rapid improvement, delivering technical, statistical reports, support new products introduction, quality problems and efficient productivity; completely hands on position. The ideal candidate should be able to continuously identify opportunities beyond those already identified.

Position Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer / Shop Foreman will lead the coordination of shop floor operations while providing engineering support to optimize product assembly, testing, and documentation. This role bridges the gap between design and manufacturing, ensuring efficient processes, accurate documentation, and high-quality builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and modify
  SolidWorks drawings based on redlines
  and feedback from engineering.
