**Objetivo**:
Desarrollar un plan estratégico integral para la categoría, liderando el proceso CATMAN, basado en un profundo conocimiento de las necesidades y objetivos del cliente, en la comprensión del consumidor y del comprador que realiza la compra, sus motivaciones y comportamientos, así como en el entorno y las tendencias competitivas de cada cliente/banderas. Un día en la vida de **Coordinación Category Management | Walmart**:
- Negociar y supervisar la ejecución del plan integral con el cliente, alineando los objetivos y KPIs de Nestlé con los del Retailer específico.
- Identificar y reconocer las necesidades y hábitos del comprador del cliente, sus motivaciones y tendencias, anticipándose a las demandas presentes y futuras, con el propósito de desarrollar integralmente un plan de categoría (portafolio, ubicación, comunicación y precios) que tenga como objetivo la satisfacción total del comprador durante el acto de compra, impactando la participación de mercado y la rentabilidad de la categoría en los retailers, alineado con las estrategias corporativas por canal y marca.
- Desarrollar un portafolio de productos adecuado para la categoría en cada banner del cliente, con un profundo entendimiento de las necesidades y hábitos de compra del comprador (Shopper Insights).
- Desarrollar una estrategia de ubicación de productos en el anaquel, basada en el árbol de decisión de compra, hábitos de consumo, necesidades del cliente, ocasiones de consumo y alineada con las estrategias de cada categoría.

**Purpose of Role**:

Main Responsibilities:
