The Marketing Services Specialist plays a crucial role in orchestrating, executing, and refining both B2B digital and traditional marketing communication strategies and comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns. These initiatives are designed to elevate the customer experience, build trust with our target audience, boost brand visibility and ultimately generate leads for the division. This role involves collaborating with senior members of the Engineered Materials Group Marketing Communications (MarCom) team to strategize and deploy a mix of earned, owned, and paid communication efforts - including, but not limited to, product launches, public relations, events, webinars, website management and social media tactics. The specialist will leverage both in-house and external resources to achieve these goals. Additionally, this position entails establishing and monitoring key MarCom metrics and performance indicators, ensuring these insights are regularly reported to division stakeholders for strategic review and decision-making.

- Lead all MarCom strategic plans for the Composite Sealing Systems Division.
- Craft and implement integrated marketing campaign(s), securing support and final approval from senior MarCom team members.

- Identify and track MarCom metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tactics.

The Director of Marketing Communications is responsible for the planning, direction, control, and coordination of all communication activities, with an emphasis on public relations. Promotes and maintains good communications in order to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel and by doing so contributes to the revenues of the hotel.

- Compares actual achievements against goals on a regular basis and takes corrective action.

- Acts as official spokesperson for the hotel when appropriate and responds to all media requests within 24 hours.
- Compiles and maintains a comprehensive list of media contacts and manages them as per the media account management system. Delegates assigned accounts to communications staff as appropriate but takes full responsibility for the key media by maintaining and developing close relationships
- Prepares press releases for appropriate targeted media, locally, regionally and internationally.
- Works closely with the corporate and international press offices on developing story angles.
- Plays a key role in community and government relations as well as VIP handling.
- Secures opportunities, directs and attends hotel sponsored events, and develops targeted partner relationships.
- Creates and organizes press promotional activities.

Funciones principales y responsabilidades:
- Diseño de estrategia de content en conjunto con su equipo, performance, CRM y líderes de marca.
- Supervisión de elaboración de parrillas de contenido (orgánica y pagada) para aprobar copys y artes.
- Verificación que los copys y artes estén alineados a la comunicación vigente de la marca.
- Verificación de tiempos de entrega de parrillas, contenido para innovaciones, contenido para optimización.
- Supervisión y seguimiento de los planes con creadores de contenido e influencers.
- Verificación de que influencers estén alineados con la identidad de la marca y objetivos.
- Medición de resultados a través de la herramienta de social media, así como coordinación para entrega de insights y conclusiones relevantes mes con mes.
- Coordinación con team de arte y photo & video para cumplimiento de objetivos de creación de contenido.
- Supervisión de ejecución de actividades establecidas en el plan de marketing.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de los KPIS del área.
- Evaluación de score listings en marketplaces para detectar optimizaciones a nível creativo, copy, artes, videos.
- Incentivar el trabajo en equipo dentro del departamento de content, conectar a sus integrantes con colegas que lleven la marca en diseño/video/foto, ejercitar el trabajo en equipo con homólogos.
- Asegurar comunicación fluída con performance para entender qué contenidos convierten y con esto optimizar estrategia.
- Generar reportes de métricas orgánicas en redes sociales
- Detección oportuna de insights para mejorar estrategia
- Lograr con las estrategias planteadas resultados en venta y en orgánico de cada marca.

**Requisitos**:
- **Escolaridad**: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Ciencias de la Comunicacion, Periodismo, Publicidad o afin.
- **Edad**:30 a 40 años
- **Experiência**:mínima de 5 años en puestos similares.
- Conocimientos de diseño gráfico y web.
- Control y conocimiento de herramientas de contenido, monitorización y analítica de Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Autopilot, entre otras.
- Uso y manejo de agregadores de contenido.
- Visión para sacar el potencial de un producto o marca
- Creatividad y capacidad de plasmar las ideas en una estrategia.
- Capacidad de planificación y organización.
- Capacidad analítica.
- Flexibilidad en el trabajo.

**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Crear y definir una estrategia de contenidos adecuados, enfocada en un determinado público objetivo para su publicación y difusión.
- Establecimiento de objetivos y KPI a conseguir.
- Establecer los canales digitales para dichos contenidos.
- Diseñar contenidos digitales siguiendo la estrategia de marca
- Creación de Campañas definiendo objetivo, público, presupuesto, etc.
- Llevar a cabo diferentes acciones digitales dependiendo del público y target objetivo.
- Analizar tendencias del momento relacionadas con el sector y el entorno digital.
- Evaluar el impacto de las diferentes estrategias llevadas a cabo y su evolución.
- Uso de plataformas adecuadas buscadores de palabras clave.
- Gestión de redes sociales.
