They possess expertise in various robotic process automation (RPA) tools, such as Automation Anywhere. This expertise includes native chatbot support, natural language processing (NLP), optical character recognition (OCR), native Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, Workflow management, native RPA connector/copilot for core Generative AI features like Content Creation, Summarization, Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Code Generation with internal/external LLMs. This role requires programming, tool configuration skills, well versed with SDLC. Senior RPA developers onboard and train new team members, ensuring they understand the operational aspects of the RPA solution, such as network connections and tool integration. RPA developer should also be acquainted with PM Tools and Gen AI tools.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
RPA: Must have strong experience on Automation Anywhere
Have strong communication skills and can effectively work with a remote team
Experience in working with Agile team and JIRA, Confluence or other knowledge management system

+ Conducting market research for comparative analysis of best practices and processes and providing recommendations for developing a more effective and efficient business process.
+ Preparing monthly and quarterly forecast reporting, managing and reporting supplier performance and scorecards.
+ Analyzing data related to procurement to identify opportunities and liaising with key stakeholders across regions to drive process and data management improvement actions.
+ Monitoring the weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for the key performance indicators related to procurement and ensuring the accuracy of reports.
**What your background should look like**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
+ Minimum of 3+ years' experience in RPA development or automation solutions design.
+ Proficiency in RPA tools such as UI Path, Power Automate, PowerApps and familiarity with other platforms like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
+ Strong programming skills in Python, Selenium etc with experience in developing automation scripts and API integrations.
+ Experience with cloud-based automation solutions and enterprise system integrations (e.g., ERP, CRM) is an asset.
+ Familiarity with AI Agents and using LLM models via API or local instances using OLLAMA etc.
