**Purpose of the role**
The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the category growth agenda, driving sustainable business results through strong brand building, consumer understanding, and cross-functional leadership with other areas. This role owns local brand strategy and portfolio performance, ensuring the delivery of profitable growth, market share expansion, and superior consumer experiences across channels and touchpoints.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development and execution of annual plan and multi-year brand strategies aligned with business objectives and category priorities.Own P&L-related brand performance indicators including sales growth, market share, profitability, penetration, and brand health metrics.Identify and lead growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and data analytics.Lead market information with syndicated data, market share and distribution objectives, making recommendations and sharing predictive information anticipating actions standards. Drive innovation pipelines including product launches, renovation initiatives, packaging development, and portfolio optimization at a local level. Increase mental availability, developing integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, shopper, retail, and experiential touchpoints.Increase physical availability, partnering closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective commercialization and execution excellence at point of sale.Lead agency relationships and external partners to deliver high-quality creative and communication outputs.Monitor campaign effectiveness and business performance, using data and KPIs to optimize investments and improve ROI.Manage brand budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources.Influence and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
+ 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or related industries.
+ Proven experience in brand management with responsibility for business growth and portfolio management.
+ Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives and product innovation projects.
+ Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
+ Demonstrated success managing budgets and delivering measurable business impact.
+ Advanced English (mandatory).
+ Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, media effectiveness, and shopper marketing principles.

**The Job:**
The Brand Category Manager t is responsible for executing and analyzing all go-to-market activities for a specific category and brand through the life cycle of a product. ABOUT THE ROLE
You are Sarelly's U.S. marketing engine. The person who keeps the brand moving day-to-day — owning the marketing calendar, managing content flow, supporting retail activations, and acting as the connective tissue between the U.S. General Manager and the Mexico creative and marketing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the U.S. brand and ATL marketing calendar — coordinating product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail activations, and key brand moments end-to-end across channels and on budget.
• Collaborate with the Affiliate Manager on all UGC and creator economy components — briefing, scheduling, asset flow, and campaign alignment.
• Own CRM strategy and execution: manage customer communications, promotional flows, and lifecycle messaging tied to the marketing calendar.
