Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
TEMPORARY - 12 MONTHS

ROLE PURPOSE
Drive the growth of titles/projects in Latin America through highly effective, creative, and data-driven omnichannel campaigns, acting as a connector between Headquarters and local territories. Lead the strategic integration of marketing disciplines, promote a customer-centric and data-driven culture, and maximize the value of agencies and vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ 360° Planning and Execution: Design and implement omnichannel plans for assigned titles with clear objectives (awareness, consideration, and business results), ensuring creativity, effectiveness, and innovation.
+ "Product" Leadership by Title/Franchise: Translate strategy into world-class executions; define audiences, messaging, and journey, and ensure creative and brand consistency.
+ Headquarters-Territories Linkage: Act as a continuous liaison to align territory needs and ensure timely inputs/deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree desirable).
+ Experience: 5+ years in strategic marketing; experience in entertainment, media, or consumer goods and leading multidisciplinary teams is desirable.
+ Digital/Analytical Skills: Proficiency in digital platforms and data analysis tools to support decision-making and optimizations.

As the Account Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive conversion and elevate the Under Armour brand within our strategic wholesale accounts. You will serve as the bridge between commercial and brand objectives-translating sell-in and sell-out priorities into impactful consumer-facing campaigns that increase visibility, sell-through, and brand preference, both in-store and online.

**Account Marketing Strategy & Planning**

· Create tailored marketing programs-including site banners, PDP storytelling, paid media integrations, and CRM efforts-across priority eCommerce accounts.
· Ensure consistent and compelling brand and product presence across all consumer touchpoints, from shelves to mobile screens.
**Digital Commerce Performance & Optimization**
· Monitor digital KPIs such as CTR, CVR, bounce rate, traffic, and product page performance to evaluate and improve campaign execution.
· Push key accounts to adopt best practices in eCommerce merchandising, content deployment, and conversion optimization.
· Work closely with the Digital and eCommerce teams to align marketing campaigns with site readiness and promotional calendars.
**Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration**
· Serve as the key liaison between the Brand Marketing team and Sales/Key Accounts for marketing planning, execution, and performance analysis.
· Manage agency and vendor relationships related to account marketing execution, including production and installation.

**Qualifications**

As the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution across Under Armour's owned & operated (O&O) stores and outlet locations. The primary role of the Regional Visual Merchandising Sr. Professional Lead is to execute the full seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) plan as it relates to product presentation and story-telling at Retail and Wholesale locations Regionally. - Partner closely with Marketing team to influence execution of in-store marketing and signage needs for each floor set.
- Partner and learn from Global Store Design to influence new fixture, shop design elements, mannequins, etc. that may enhance consumer journey.
- Service our Region by creating and delivering seasonal Guidelines for each retail floor set. Provide guidance around adaptation based on Regional needs.
