You will develop and deliver process management documentation for internal and external operations staff. Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited) to Overseeing CSR-T1 documentation including article updates and maintenance, process standardization and feedback loop. Providing guidance to back-office areas in article and process development tasks. **PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
To address customer requirements in SAP Success Factors for cross industries.
As SAP consultant, will have to support current and upcoming SAP projects as well as key customers on their implementations of SAP SSFF Employee Central Payroll.
HCM payroll Background is required to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors ECP solution.
Knowledge on Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and rest of SF suite components is a plus.
Build competencies at SAP to deliver solutions to Customers.
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum of 3 years Domain experience.
- Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP HCM Payroll / SSFF ECP implementations.
- Good knowledge on Mexican Payroll (Argentinean, Colombian or any other LAC country is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Employee Central component.
- HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.
- Knowledge on RM, RMK, Comp, Onb, P&G, LMS and other SSFF components is desirable.
- Experience in project management is desirable.
- Good knowledge on SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
- Good Presentation and communication skills
- Good command on English language (Portuguese is a plus)
- Able to work in an intercultural team.
- Proven presentation skills.

- Main Bosch contact for quality issues with customers
- Receive quality notifications from customers and response according to the standard 2-14-60 days.
- Coordinate with the value stream the deployment of containment actions, root cause analysis and verification of the corrective actions.
- Answer the claim in the Customer system and participate in the meetings related with the quality issue.
- Manage SAP - IQIS system to answer the claim and close according to internal procedure 2-14-60 (QC’s managing).
- Authorization to emit test results (internal and external).
- Stop material with specifications not met, processes and production lines in general when the quality system standards are not met.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Industrial, Mechanic, Electronic Engineering degree or similar

The Operations Specialist will provide functional support to the HR Operations and Talent Acquisitions teams while ensuring a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction and service.
