- Desarrollar, mantener y revisar el modelo de Six Sigma en el sitio de Juarez.
- Impartir capacitación para formar y seleccionar a los empleados que trabajarán para implementar la metodología Lean Six Sigma.

Job Summary

In the “Lean & Quality” Department, the Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt leads, manages and supports projects related to process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
  • Independently lead process improvement projects across the (3) Campus facilities, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Employ Six Sigma methodology & Lean initiatives to identify improvement opportunities, implement and control process improvements to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the areas of Operational efficiency, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and others including supporting systems and tools.
  • Identify, lead, manage and control OIA Projects to drive cost savings throughout the Campus.
  • Develop detailed business cases, communicate and present monthly to senior leadership and stakeholders on the opportunities, recommendations and implementation plan.
  • In addition to technical skills, the Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt needs to demonstrate strong team leadership competencies.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Expert Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Assistant Lean Six Sigma Manager works within the Lean Six Sigma department to support lean six sigma initiatives to meet company, workcell and customers' goals and objectives.

The Assistant Lean Six Sigma Manager provides Lean expertise and guidance through focused and sustainable value stream transformation to enable cross-functional collaboration and best practices sharing and implementation, as well as provides coaching and development opportunities over multiple workcells. The Assistant Lean Six Sigma Manager builds communication between Plant LSS Manager and Lean Coach around the sites to strengthen overall capabilities of a value stream.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the Plant Lean Six Sigma Managers to sustain a Lean culture in the Value Stream Alignment with Lean Vision and Strategy.
- Provide coaching and support on training, project identification and prioritization as requested.
- Monitor, coach, and continuously support value stream transformation initiatives by coaching on Lean principles, tools and methodologies.
- Give guidance, suggestions, and inspiration to Lean Coaches and process owners for optimizing value stream.
- Be a leader, mentor and coach towards integration of Lean principles, values, philosophies and tools for driving continuous improvement through coaching and guiding operators over multiple projects.
- Work with value stream owners and AOM's to create a system to ensure everyone is conducting the Lean Principles correctly and consistently.
- Mentor a best practice sharing internal network supported by Lean Principles.
- A coach and active facilitator in Bronze/Silver Certification projects and mentoring sessions.
- Be an active participant in the Lean Silver Certification.
- Lead by example and model the desired behaviors and values.
- Foster respect for people and humility through mentoring and coaching through the site's Lean journey.
- Encourage risk taking and experimentation using the scientific method.
- Maintain proficiency continuously learning align with Plant LSS Manager and Operations Director.
- Align with the local Lean rewards & recognition program.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bronze and Silver Certified by Jabil or by recognized organization in the industry (e.g. ASQ, SME, Shingo, Prize)
- Project and facilitation experience in a heavily mixed environment
- Experienced in change management, project management, and financial management
- Experienced in financial project cost savings analysis
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Surveillance over multiple workcells, collect feedback from Lean Coach and propose improvements to process owners
- Seek and value feedback from the team and provide timely help if needed
- Support the Plant LSS Manager to drive actions which will improve Lean Index Assessment score

4. Ensure Program and Cultural Sustainability
- Develop and mentor multiple workcell leaders to facilitate and lead Kaizen Events
- Support Lean Six Sigma Managers to propose and develop a strategies
- Anticipate and meet/exceed customer expectations by solving problems timely and effectively
- Provide statistical problem solving analysis
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security and ethics policies
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Track record showing continual improvement of personal skills
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Understand and practice the Lean principles, methodologies and tools
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Be expert in lean tools and processes to coordinate and share knowledge on a regional and global scale

1. Alineación de la Cadena de Valor con la Visión y Estrategia Lean:

- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Lean Six Sigma Supervisor para introducir y mantener una cultura Lean en un flujo de valor.
- Proporcionar coaching y apoyo en las sesiones de diseño del flujo de valor, identificación de proyectos y priorización
- Mejorar continuamente las iniciativas de transformación del flujo de valor para garantizar una reducción continua del tiempo de producción y costos.

2. Soporte en la creacion de un sistema y una cultura lean:

- Desarrollar liderazgo, mentor y entrenador hacia la integración de los principios, valores, filosofías y herramientas Lean para impulsar la mejora continua a través de Eventos Kaizen a lo largo de un flujo de valor.
- Trabajar con los propietarios de la cadena de valor para crear un sistema que garantice el desarrollo de las personas a través de Eventos Kaizen, Blitzes y proyectos Lean centrados en la cadena de valor.
- Desarrollar una red interna de intercambio de mejores prácticas apoyada por el uso de eKaizen.
- Responsable de la serie Lean Shop Floor
- Entrenador y facilitador activo en los proyectos de la Certificación Bronce y en las sesiones de tutoría
- Liderar con el ejemplo y modelar los comportamientos y valores deseados en piso de produccion
- Fomentar el respeto por las personas y la humildad a través de la tutoría y el coaching a lo largo de la trayectoria Lean de la planta
- Fomentar la asunción de riesgos y la experimentación utilizando el método científico
- Mantener el dominio de los últimos enfoques Lean
- Alinearse con el programa local de recompensas y reconocimiento Lean.
- Alinearse con Finanzas para llevar el impacto de los proyectos que forman parte del programa Lean a los procesos financieros de Jabil.

Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Lean Digital Transformation Blackbelt.

Black Belt is an individual contributor role that needs to collaborate with developer teams, operations and extended teams to deliver on productivity, business impact by leading a project and mentoring multiple GB projects and also engage in discussions to implement digital solutions and conduct POC’s and share with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Set up new operations for success via BPMS projects
  • Ops risk identification and mitigation – Targeted focus on process management within control limits
  • Continuous improvement projects on key metrics / stabilization support
  • Revitalize LSS culture by embedding LSS skills in Operations; drive client engagement
  • Train associates in process execution in collaboration with Training & Ops
  • Collaborate with Ops to implement improvement plans, process monitoring tools (PKTs, Transaction / Accuracy checks, etc.) & refresher trainings
  • Coordinate with Consulting, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments
  • Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology
  • Work with Operations and Functional Teams to identify monetizable process opportunities, bottlenecks, and implement improvements
  • Initiate and lead end-to-end process improvement projects; set and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact
  • Build Process Excellence and Digital culture; drive productivity and improvements aligned with initiatives
  • Support Transition teams in volume analysis, metric baselining and target setting for new processes
  • Drive Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization
  • Conduct Quality and Digital Awareness trainings
  • Coach and mentor Green Belts and project teams to meet certification and objectives
  • Conceptualize and complete Black Belt projects to drive end-to-end impact
  • Fulfill BB certification requirements within 18-24 months
  • Drive project management to deliver Digital assessments and deployments
Other responsibilities
  • Graduate the training plan attached to the position and tasks
  • Train other team members on daily tasks as needed
  • Update working procedures periodically
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
  • University graduate
  • Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Process Re-engineering)
  • Black Belt/Lean or other Quality Certification is a plus
  • Project Management skills and certification are appreciated
  • Advanced English
  • Finance Experience AP, AR or RTR

  • Organized with attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks
