About the Role

The Senior Manager, Consumer Insights will lead our global research and foresight agenda, ensuring that the voices of our audiences are embedded into every decision we make. This role will combine strategic thinking, methodological rigor, and storytelling skills to guide brand strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence across continents.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Insights Leadership
- Design and execute the global consumer insights agenda for all three brands.
- Lead the development and management of the KidZ Index , our proprietary research framework that amplifies the voice of children, anticipates generational behaviors, and showcases needs and aspirations of future consumers.
- Conduct multi-method research (quantitative, qualitative, ethnographic, digital analytics) to identify drivers of engagement, loyalty, and wellbeing.
- Monitor global trends in children’s entertainment, education, family experiences, and wellbeing.
- Translate signals and foresight into actionable strategies that strengthen our positioning and inspire innovation.
- Build thought-leadership platforms to position KidZania, kinezis, and ACADEMI as pioneers in child-centered innovation.
Business Partnering
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to global operations, marketing, brand, and product development teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring decisions are rooted in consumer understanding.
- Support franchise partners across regions with relevant market insights and benchmarks.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with external research agencies, think tanks, and academic institutions to strengthen methodologies and expand perspectives.
- Represent the company in industry forums and conferences, sharing insights that reinforce our leadership in child-centered research.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in consumer insights, research, or strategy roles.
- Proven expertise designing and leading large-scale, multi-market research projects.
- Strong track record in both consulting (advisory) and corporate environments, bridging strategic recommendations with business execution.
- Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Ability to analyze cultural and generational trends and transform them into strategic foresight.
- Experience in industries such as entertainment, education, lifestyle, wellness, or related consumer-facing sectors.
- Global perspective and ability to work across diverse markets and multicultural contexts.
- Advanced English is required; additional languages are highly valued.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect data to business impact.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills.

**Misión**
Como miembro del equipo de Consumer Market Insights (CMI), tu función será organizar, coordinar proyectos y empezar a conectar y analizar la Data para facilitar las recomendaciones, estrategías pero sobretodo el apoyo y que empiece a desarrollar INSIGHTS para el CRECIMIENTO de los negocios.
**¿Qué harás en tu día a día?**
1- Organizar y coordinar el contenido de los Nielsen Business Reviews (bimestralmente) y los Panel Business Reviews (trimestralmente)
2- Organizar y coordinar a traves de información disponible (tendencias de consumo) o a traves de agencias (workshops de ideación y de gestión del portafolio), y siguiendo el proceso de Gestión de la innovación de "Runway" las oportunidades de innovación incremental para el portafolio existente de las marcas.
3- Analizar y coordinar a traves de los estudios de salud de marca las oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento en en el Brand Funnel de las marcas
**¿Qué te hará exitoso?**
+ **Formación Académica:** Licenciatura concluida en carreras Administrativas, Marketing, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial o Economía.
+ **Experiencia:** 1 o 2 años en un puesto similar
+ **Habilidades Técnicas:** Dominio avanzado de Excel y conocimiento en el manejo de herramientas de mercado como Nielsen y Panel de Hogares (Nielsen/Kantar).
