This team oversees the sales/marketing strategy for our website, including driving organic traffic through search engine optimization (SEO), deploying continual A/B and MVT experiments to improve site performance, and managing the content across the site.

A Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist is responsible for improving our website's visibility on search engines like Google to drive organic (non-paid) traffic. They play a critical role in executing our digital marketing strategy.


We count on you for:

  • Keyword Research : Identifying the most relevant and high-traffic keywords for a website's target audience.
  • On-Page Optimization : Enhancing website elements such as meta tags, titles, headings, content, and URLs to improve search rankings.
  • Technical SEO : Ensuring the website is technically sound by optimizing site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and resolving issues like broken links or duplicate content.
  • Content Strategy : Guiding the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software, and reporting results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of experience in Marketing/Sales or related field, with a focus on similar responsibilities.

The Role: SEO Strategist (Search Atlas Specialist)

As our SEO Strategist , you’ll be the architect of client success in Search Atlas. You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing holistic SEO campaigns that drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue.


This is not a “plug keywords into Yoast” role. This is a strategic, high-impact position where you’ll lead full-funnel SEO execution:


What You’ll Do

Audits & Analysis

  • Run holistic SEO audits in Search Atlas (technical, content, authority).
  • Diagnose drops, uncover hidden growth levers, and prioritize high-ROI fixes.


Strategy Design

  • Build 6–12 month SEO roadmaps that align with client's business goals.
  • Develop topical maps, semantic clusters, and content blueprints using Content Genius & SCHOLAR.


Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Collaborate with writers, link builders, and account managers to ensure execution matches strategy.
  • Leverage OTTO SEO automation to scale without sacrificing quality.


Data & Reporting

  • Use Search Atlas dashboards to translate SEO data into clear ROI stories for clients.
  • Present strategies and results in business language , not jargon.
  • Adaptability & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of Google’s algorithm updates and adjust strategy proactively.
  • Continually improve processes to make our SEO systems smarter and more scalable.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO / SEM Specialist to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts in a fast-paced, data-driven digital environment. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, strong creative instincts, and the ability to craft compelling, high-performing content across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate has a balance of technical SEO expertise , paid media strategy, and strong content writing skills , including proficiency in Mandarin , to effectively optimize campaigns and connect with multilingual audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies that align with business objectives and acquisition goals.

Lead and optimize search campaigns across global markets , improving traffic quality, engagement, and conversion performance.

Mentor and manage a team of SEO/SEM specialists, fostering a culture of analytical thinking and continuous improvement.

Stay current with search engine algorithms, content trends, and regional compliance requirements to ensure best-in-class execution.

Content Strategy & Creation

Write and refine high-impact ad copy, landing page content, and campaign materials in both English and Mandarin .

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand tone.

Develop and optimize content calendars that support SEO and SEM initiatives.

SEO Management

Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and domain authority.

Collaborate with developers to enhance site structure, speed, indexing, and mobile performance .

Partner with content and product teams to deliver localized, SEO-optimized content in both English and Mandarin , maintaining accuracy and cultural relevance.

Conduct keyword research and optimize web content for multilingual audiences.

SEM / Paid Search Oversight

Plan, execute, and scale paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve optimal ROI.

Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

Use audience segmentation and localization strategies to improve campaign reach and effectiveness.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

Track and report key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, organic traffic, and keyword rankings).

Build actionable dashboards and present campaign insights to leadership teams.

Translate data into recommendations that drive optimization and growth.
