**POSITION SUMMARY**
Ensure staff is working together as a team. Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies. Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met. Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements. Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment. Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems. Document pertinent information in appropriate department logbook.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance. **_QUALIFICATIONS_** : Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or engineering fields

+ Knowledge of Med Device products is preferred, but knowledge of FDA regulations and highly regulated environment is a plus

+ Lead the assessment, strategy creation, and execution plan for transforming and improving rigor and operational excellence in key supply chain functions within IA to include planning, execution, and procurement
+ Coach and develop team members, leaders and staff through operational excellence principles and drive process improvement using lean tools and methodologies.
+ Coach lean process and behavior changes, developing a highly effective balanced scorecard for all applicable programs
+ Implement KPIs and process rigor to drive improvements throughout the transformation
+ Conduct regular executive communication updates on the status of the transformation, escalations, and support required

**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results. Successfully facilitated and driven 20+ process or program improvements.
+ Experience with facilitating and deep diving supply chain processes and driving transformations.
+ 5+ years program or project management experience
+ 5+ years of Process Excellence or equivalent experience
+ Ability to travel 75%

IT Site Director
**Position Summary**
The Head of IT/Manufacturing IT Leader is responsible for the end-to-end management of all technology operations, infrastructure, and services across AE's Mexicali factory, including network, MES, Warehouse, and OT systems. This role acts as the primary technology partner for the General Manager and staff for plant, translating business needs into IT requirements and ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards and strategy. The leader owns site availability, performance, and security at the factory, supports manufacturing systems, and provides feedback and opportunities to corporate IT teams for enterprise applications and infrastructure improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Own the full IT footprint at the Mexicali factory, including infrastructure, operations, applications, and OT systems, ensuring reliable and secure technology services.
+ Serve as the senior IT representative and strategic partner to the General Manager and staff, translating business challenges into IT requirements and feeding them into corporate development roadmaps for MES, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
+ Align local IT execution with corporate IT strategy, architecture, and governance standards.
+ Lead and develop the site IT team, managing staffing, performance, and capability growth to meet operational and strategic needs.
+ Ensure operational continuity and support for factory-critical systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP), coordinating with corporate teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
+ Oversee local IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and security requirements.
+ Govern change management processes to ensure safe, compliant, and disruption-free execution of IT changes in production environments.
+ Manage site-level IT budgets, procurement, and lifecycle of technology assets across office and production areas.
+ Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning, maintaining readiness for power, network, or system disruptions.
+ Monitor IT performance metrics (uptime, incident response, project delivery) and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and alignment with enterprise KPIs.
+ Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, identity and access management, and endpoint governance in coordination with corporate IT.
+ Support audit readiness, SOX compliance, and alignment with safety and environmental standards in partnership with EHS and Quality teams.
+ Lead IT execution for site expansions, new production lines, relocations, and M&A integrations, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead with a data-driven mindset; Skilled in using operational metrics, incident trends, and business KPIs to inform decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across IT service delivery and factory operations.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
+ 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
+ Excellent communication across production floor through executive stakeholders; English required; Thai strongly preferred.
+ Proven track record managing IT in manufacturing or industrial environments.
+ Experience supporting factory systems such as MES, SCADA, Warehouse, and OT infrastructure.
+ Demonstrated success in partnering with corporate IT to implement enterprise standards and drive alignment
+ Working knowledge of campus networking and security: Cisco switching/Wi-Fi, Cisco ASA/Firepower, SD-WAN, NAC/802.1X (Cisco ISE), and SolarWinds monitoring.
+ Strong ITSM discipline (Incident/Request/Problem/Change/Knowledge); demonstrated CAB/change planning in production environments.
+ Proven vendor, budget, and project management with measurable outcomes; availability for after-hours/weekend maintenance windows as needed.
+ Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and endpoint management.
**Preferred**
+ ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent.
+ Familiarity with MES/test stations and OT/IT collaboration in high-mix, high-throughput manufacturing.
+ Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is a plus.
+ With MBA or MIT is a plus.
**Work Conditions**
+ On-site role with frequent presence on the production floor and labs; PPE as required by EHS.
+ Occasional regional/international travel for training or project work.

The Director, Human Resources, will provide HR leadership to our Mexico offices which has various divisions in three locations (Coyoacan, Reforma and Remsen). The Director, Human Resources will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day employee processes and serve as the HR business partner to our senior leaders and general employee population. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Work closely with business and HR leadership from multiple units to ensure local HR strategy aligns with global business unit HR priorities.
+ Provide operational HR support for the business pulling in support from HR functional experts as required. Ensure employees experience seamless HR processes and support.
+ Coach, develop and challenge the management team on the execution of business priorities and on people leadership.
+ Focus on identification, selection, and retention of world-class talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent, working closely with the talent acquisition team.
+ Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: employee relations, compensation, employee experience, engagement and organizational change.

Basic Requirements:
+ Minimum 10 years professional level HR generalist experience, working with Mexico and a thorough understanding of HR practices, policies and industry trends for a highly matrixed environment.
+ Experience leading the smooth implementation of the full HR Lifecycle with knowledge of local employment practices. International experience would be a plus.
+ Track record in HR transformations or organizational changes demonstrating effective listening, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data collected and identify the root problems/causes to reach issue resolution.
+ Experience working in a constant changing environment while displaying the ability to multi- task, problem solve, prioritize, set goals, and navigate ambiguity at different levels of the organization.
+ Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
