Key job responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and career development while driving engineering best practices

- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers

We’re hiring a Content Strategy & Governance Lead to define and operationalize how content is planned, created, governed, and optimized across our digital ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing:

Content Strategy & Planning  

  • Define a scalable content strategy aligned to customer journeys, brand, SEO, and digital experience goals  

  • Audit, structure, and model content to meet evolving user needs and business requirements  

  • Support cross-functional planning of content across web, product experiences, support, and campaign flows  

Governance & Standards  

  • Establish and maintain governance models including content roles, workflows, standards, and editorial guidance  

  • Own taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and content classification to support search, personalization, and reuse  

  • Develop processes for content quality assurance, localization, and sunsetting  

Operations & Optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

What We Are Looking For:  

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content operations, or related roles  

  • Strong knowledge of content lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and editorial best practices  

  • Experience working in or with UX/design teams, and integrating content into user-centered design processes  

  • Proficiency with content systems (e.g., CMS, DAM, and taxonomy tools)  

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to lead discussions and drive alignment across teams

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Experience Operations Manager to lead our Experience Operations pillar - anchoring web content editing, content strategy & governance, and SEO across our digital ecosystem. This role is critical in shaping the digital experience for our customers by ensuring content is clear, optimized, consistent, and aligned to business goals and user needs.

As a key member of the Experience Strategy & Design (XSD) team, you’ll work closely with UX, CX, and Experience Communications leaders to create a seamless and impactful digital journey for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of content editors, content strategists, and SEO specialists

  • Set the vision and roadmap for experience operations, ensuring it aligns with enterprise goals and digital transformation efforts

  • Champion content and SEO best practices across the organization, establishing governance frameworks and operating models to support scale.

Content Strategy & Governance

  • Define and implement enterprise content strategy standards, frameworks, and taxonomies

  • Drive strategic content planning and execution in collaboration with product, marketing, and UX

  • Oversee content governance, quality control processes, and audit mechanisms to ensure relevance, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Web Content Operations

  • Manage day-to-day digital content workflows including web content publishing, content migrations, and updates in the CMS

  • Establish scalable processes for intake, prioritization, editing, and publishing across a large, distributed content environment

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure web content meets accessibility, compliance, and editorial standards

SEO Optimization

  • Oversee the execution of technical and on-page SEO strategies to improve site visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic

  • Monitor performance using analytics tools (e.g. BrightEdge, Google Search Console or similar) and translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Partner with UX and product teams to embed SEO into the design and development process

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital content strategy, web publishing operations, and/or SEO, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role

  • Proven success managing cross-functional content and SEO initiatives in a complex B2B or enterprise digital environment

  • Deep familiarity with enterprise content management systems (preferably Adobe AEM), SEO tools, and governance frameworks

  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and how content supports acquisition, engagement, and conversion

  • Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and technical teams

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

We’re looking to hire a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.  If you're a recent grad considering starting your career, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:  

  • Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.  

  • Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing  

  • Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites , etc.  

  • Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.  

What We're Looking For:  

  • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.  

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience.  

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel .  

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
