We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Experience Operations Manager to lead our Experience Operations pillar - anchoring web content editing, content strategy & governance, and SEO across our digital ecosystem. We’re looking to hire a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. If you're a recent grad considering starting your career, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing
Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites , etc.
Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For:
Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
1–3 years of customer service experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
