Responsibilities:
- Apply strong knowledge of assigned business processes for analyzing, designing, developing, and testing system functions for assigned business areas to ensure that the supporting systems meet the business requirements.

- Development and maintenance of reports using MCC standard reporting technologies.
- Perform data analysis and application development, including minor programming, to support data migration from legacy systems to MCC standard business systems and custom requirements as required.
- Act as functional and technical liaison between users and the IT application development and data analytics teams to deliver custom solutions that require more complex program coding.
- Provide user support for business systems related issues including researching transactional issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution. Administer and support application as necessary (login, functionality, reporting, data integrity, interfaces). Maintain support log of issues and requests following MCC’s service request guidelines.
- Ensure all established policies, procedures and controls are enforced and followed.

Qualifications:

- Experience with (but not necessarily expert in) Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and Database Technology.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Respond quickly ad professionally to customer requests for information relative to orders and RMA's requests for confirmations/invoices, credit status, expediting or shipping requirements. Documents all customer requests for product returns or maintenance cancellations in an Oracle ERP system. Obtains all related facts and makes the decision to accept or reject based on established guidelines.
Backlog Management, Billing and Resolution of vendor Invoice Discrepancies and Claims: Maintain control of the open backlog of orders, service requests and RMA's from entry through billing. From ongoing reviews of open orders and SRs/RMAs determine if the vendors have shipped, entitled and or billed the order or return. Research and resolve vendor invoice variances caused by price, quantity, goods/services receipts, freight and tax code discrepancies.
May manage customer quotes activities in line with customer specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management.

- Manage and coordinate the broker to accomplish the I/E process and processing payments, ensuring all accounting transactions are clear and well-documented.

- Prepare import/export customs clearance documents, coordinate and track customs clearance status, resolve the issues during the process of clearance. Apply for customs tax payments, and follow up on payment progress with the finance department.
- Conduct regular inspections of import/export logistics brokers, check protective measures at port yards and agents' on-site operations, and ensure the safety of imported raw materials and products.
Qualification
- Professional in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

At nuDesk , we partner with leading U.S. companies to build high-performance teams in Mexico. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join the sales team of a major U.S. financial institution.
This is not a typical sales role — you will be the bridge between accounting professionals and innovative financing solutions that empower small businesses to grow. If you are passionate about relationship-building, consultative sales, and making a real impact in the financial sector, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach to accounting firms (CPAs, tax advisors, bookkeepers).
- Build long-term professional relationships that generate referrals.
- Become an expert in working capital and commercial real estate loans , and clearly explain their benefits.
- Qualifying leads to ensure a strong pipeline of potential borrowers.
- Collect initial loan application documentation and submit to the lending team.
- Play a key role in the growth of a U.S. financial leader .
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
- Bilingual fluency (English & Spanish) – both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Proven ability to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and motivated by building trusted relationships.
- Experience in financial services or lending is a strong plus.

We’re seeking a Financial Planning Specialist with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the confidence to influence cross-functional teams. You will lead strategic pricing initiatives, analyze performance, and present recommendations to senior leadership to enhance profitability and drive our long-term vision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic pricing initiatives for current and new hard-goods products, ensuring alignment and profitability.
- Analyze and evaluate financial and operational performance to guide improvement strategies as a partner for specific area(s) of business.
- Build relationships across departments, understanding interdependencies and driving collaborative solutions.
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to financial and non-financial stakeholders, including leadership.
- Leverage ERP, data warehouse, and other data sources to develop predictive KPIs and identify trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Prior experience with pricing hard-goods strongly preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and storytelling ability (verbal and written).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial reporting & planning software and data visualization tools (preferred).
- Spanish - Business-level is required.
- English - Advanced conversational or above is required.
