Resumen del puesto
Cummins está buscando un(a) **Scrum Master - Service Management** apasionado(a) y con experiencia para actuar como líder servicial y _agile coach_ en múltiples equipos multifuncionales dentro del dominio de _Service Management_ , particularmente en _ITSM Development_ y plataformas de _Service Desk_ .
Este rol combina prácticas de entrega ágil a nivel empresarial con ejecución a nivel de equipo, asegurando la alineación entre los objetivos estratégicos del negocio y el desempeño efectivo de los equipos. Como Scrum Master, impulsarás la madurez ágil, eliminarás impedimentos, fomentarás la colaboración y ayudarás a entregar resultados de negocio medibles en proyectos complejos y de alto impacto.
Responsabilidades clave
**Liderar la entrega ágil** - Facilitar la planificación de _sprints_ , _daily stand-ups_ , revisiones, retrospectivas y establecer la cadencia del equipo usando marcos como Scrum, Kanban y SAFe.
**Coaching y habilitación de equipos** - Promover los valores de Scrum y principios ágiles. Guiar a los miembros en sus roles, herramientas y buenas prácticas para que todos comprendan su función y el uso del modelo 5335x:

**Impulsar la mejora continua** - Monitorear métricas ágiles (p. ej., burndown charts, velocidad, eficiencia de flujo) para identificar oportunidades de mejora y atender proactivamente brechas en el rendimiento del equipo.
**Eliminar impedimentos** - Identificar rápidamente, mitigar, resolver o escalar bloqueadores para mantener a los equipos en curso hacia los objetivos de sprint y entregas.
**Asegurar alineación** - Colaborar con _Product Owners_ y _Agile Release Trains_ para alinear la entrega con los objetivos del negocio y garantizar la trazabilidad del trabajo hacia los resultados estratégicos.
**Promover transparencia** - Mantener documentación actualizada y sistemas de registro que permitan visibilidad clara para los _stakeholders_ y reportes de progreso precisos.
**Impulsar la cultura ágil** - Colaborar con líderes senior para promover la transformación ágil, eliminar barreras culturales y asegurar consistencia en la adopción de procesos.
**Supervisión de presupuesto y alcance** - Monitorear presupuestos y garantizar que los recursos de proyectos/programas se utilicen de manera efectiva para lograr los resultados esperados.

Educación, licencias y certificaciones
**Requerido:**
Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información, Negocios o un campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente).
**Certificaciones preferidas:**
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) o SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) u otras certificaciones ágiles relevantes
Experiencia requerida
**Requerida:**
Experiencia demostrada como Scrum Master en entornos Agile/SAFe.
Experiencia práctica en organizaciones de desarrollo de software o contextos de _IT Service Management (ITSM)_ .
**Deseable:**
Experiencia liderando equipos ágiles en la entrega de plataformas empresariales, particularmente en _Service Management_ o _Service Desk_ .
Experiencia práctica aplicando metodologías Lean e impulsando cambio cultural en entornos con múltiples equipos.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Requisitos específicos del puesto
Se requiere fluidez en inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
Capacidad para cerrar la brecha entre teoría ágil y ejecución práctica, guiando equipos en transformaciones en entornos empresariales complejos.
Habilidad para gestionar múltiples equipos ágiles simultáneamente, con fuerte sentido de priorización y gestión de riesgos.
Comodidad al interactuar con líderes ejecutivos y abogar por valores ágiles en todos los niveles de la organización, asegurando la documentación y actualización de sistemas requeridos para transparencia.
Demostrar habilidades sólidas de análisis y pensamiento estratégico con orientación a la acción en entornos de alta ambigüedad.
