Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Lead Frontend Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise and strong leadership, with the ability to guide teams through the full software development lifecycle and make architectural decisions that ensure long-term success.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
+ 8+ years of overall software development experience with a strong focus on web applications.
+ 6+ years of hands-on experience with **TypeScript and JavaScript (coding assessment required).**
+ 5+ years of professional experience with **React.js and modern front-end development.**
+ Proficiency with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, SASS).
+ Proven track record in designing and delivering event-driven systems and microservices architectures.
+ Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., DataDog, Splunk, App Insights, New Relic).
+ Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
+ Solid understanding of application security, networking principles, and unit testing frameworks.

Experience Requirements

Agency Experience: Prior experience in multi-client, multi-project agency environments is required .
